PLYWOOD
Born tough, as per IS : 4990, SRG Shuttering Plywood is a compact and extremely tough premium-quality structural plywood. It is highly robust, and a superior film faced densified product.
The technique used to manufacture Shuttering plywood is a unique one, called the Heating-Cooling cycle process.
Using selected hardwood veneers, phenol formaldehyde resin of BWP grade, conforming to IS 848:1974, is issued for bonding, which is generally used in high-end construction. The wonder product we get is both conceptually and practically innovative; it's a product that can withstand the corrosive action of cement, water, as well as sunlight.
The compression that SRG offers is about 60% more as compared to the ordinary film faced shuttering plywood available in the market. This extra compression helps with better nailing and screw holding properties. Its load bearing capacity is also enhanced, owing to this extra compression.
It is manufactured by selected high-quality veneers and designed to offer better performance, across all applications related to Shuttering Works.
